sourdough bread

thin slices cheddar cheese

butter
Instructions
Preheat large skillet or frying pan over medium heat.
Divide the butter between the top side of two pieces of bread.
Place the bread butter side down in the skillet.
Top with the cheese. Cook for 2 minutes until the bread begins to brown.
Cover the pan with a lid.
Cook for about 2 more minutes until the cheese has melted.
Flip over one piece of bread onto the other so the cheese is inside. Serve immediately.
