Instructions
Preheat the smoker to 250.
Mix the ingredients in a large bowl.
Add to a pie plate.
Smoke for 1 hour.
Notes
Cream Cheese - The cream cheese should be very soft so it mixes in well. You can microwave it in 15-second increments until it is soft.
Hot Sauce - Use 2 tablespoons of hot sauce for mild, 3-4 tablespoons for medium, use 5+ for spicy.
