Instructions
Preheat oven to 400.
Spread cream cheese in a glass pie plate.
Top with 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Spread the chili over the cheese.
Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and hot.
Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
We prefer to use leftover homemade chili, but canned chili also works.
