fresh garlic
very finely minced

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350.
Cut a cross-hatch pattern in the loaf of bread. Place the bread in a cast-iron pie plate or baking dish.
In a medium bowl combine the butter, garlic, and parsley.
Brush the garlic butter in all the crevices and on top of the bread.
Stuff the cheeses into the crevices.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the top is golden.
Optional: Remove a few pieces from the middle and place a ramekin of marinara sauce there to use as a dip.
