Instructions
Preheat the Blackstone to 350.
Season the shrimp with a teaspoon of the oil, salt, and pepper.
Add garlic and the remaining oil to the hot griddle.
Cook the garlic until it begins to brown.
Add the shrimp and half the basil.
Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until it is opaque, pink, and the edges curl up.
Transfer to a serving plate. Top with the remaining basil.
