Instructions
Preheat Blackstone to medium heat.
Grease with avocado oil.
Saute the onions and peppers until softened, about 4-5 minutes.
Put tortillas on griddle and brown both sides.
Build the quesadillas. Add cheese, meat, vegetables, and seasoning.
Cook for another minute. Flip carefully. Cook one more minute.
Transfer to a cutting board and cut into wedges.
