Instructions
Preheat the Blackstone griddle for 15 minutes on medium heat.
Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Add rice and spread into a thin layer.
Add garlic and onions directly to the griddle. Cook until golden.
Crack the egg onto the griddle. When it is mostly cooked flip it over and chop.
Flip the rice over, the bottom should be golden.
Mix it all together and add the soy sauce. Gently toss a few times.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with green onions.
