Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add some olive oil to coat the pan and then add your minced onions and peppers. Saute over medium heat until they are tender and the onion is a bit translucent.
Add the ground venison into the skillet along with your taco seasoning. Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until all the meat is browned.
Once the meat is cooked, serve the taco meat in the skillet along with all your favorite taco fixings. Make the tacos and enjoy.
