  • 1 stick salted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary


  1. Soften the butter and place in a small mixing bowl.

  2. Mince the garlic cloves and add to the mixing bowl.

  3. Add the dried rosemary and mix with a spatula.

  4. Once it is thoroughly combined, drop mixture onto waxed paper.

  5. Roll up paper to form a log and place in the refrigerator to harden.

  6. Pull out when ready to use. Cut slices and add to any dish that you are looking to kick up the flavor.
