Instructions
Preheat oven to 400.
Saute the onion in a large skillet over medium heat until softened.
Add the venison and cook until browned.
Stir in the cream cheese until it is melted and evenly distributed.
Stir in the sour cream and taco seasoning.
Transfer the meat mixture to a greased 9x13 casserole dish.
Top with half of the shredded cheese.
Add the salsa and then the remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
