Panko Coating
Melt the butter in a small skillet. Add the panko and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Let cool.
Salmon Ball
Combine the ingredients and mix well. Form into a large ball.
Roll in the cooled panko crumbs.
Serve with crackers or vegetables.
Store in the refrigerator.
