Ingredients
4ripe peaches
1cupheavy cream
1cupwhole milk
1cupmascarpone cheese
⅓cupwhite sugaror sugar free 1:1 sweetener of your choice
Grill the peaches over medium heat until they are softened. Cool and chop.
Combine all the ingredients except the grilled peaches in a blender and blend until smooth. Churn in an ice cream maker according to your manufacturer's instructions. Stir in the cooled grilled peaches. Freeze in a separate container.
