Instructions
Preheat a flat-top griddle to medium-high heat.
Combine the meat with seasonings.
Grease the griddle with avocado oil.

Quick Garlic Aioli: 1 oz of mayo mixed with ¼-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, a pinch of salt, and a few grinds of fresh pepper. You can add the garlic to taste.
