Instructions
In a cocktail mixing glass, add half a cup of ice.
Add the rye, sweet vermouth, and bitters.
Stir for 5 seconds.
Strain into a cocktail glass or rocks glass.
Place a cocktail smoker on top of the glass. Add a pinch of wood chips. Ignite woodchips with a torch lighter to create smoke for about 5 seconds.
Remove the smoker from the glass and garnish with a cherry.
