Shrimp Stuffing

cooked shrimp
approximately 4 to 5 medium size

Instructions
Preheat the grill to high.
In a small mixing bowl combine the mayo, panko breadcrumbs, and chopped cooked shrimp.
Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper. Slice down the top lengthwise.
Lay the fillet flat on a cooking sheet and place the shrimp stuffing onto the fillet.
Turn off the direct burner. Place stuffed tilapia fillet onto the preheated grill over indirect heat. Cook for 12 minutes.
Notes
Gluten-Free, Keto Option: Sub in crushed pork rinds for the panko.
