Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute peppers and onions until softened.
Put the tortilla chips on a large tray. Top with hot pulled pork.
Top with cooked peppers and onions.
Layer on beans and cheese.
Put in the oven, under the broiler, for 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
Top with sour cream, pico de gallo, and cilantro.
Serve.
