Instructions
Preheat oven to 400.
Put the peppers and onions in a 9x13 casserole dish. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with half the salt and pepper. Mix.
Roast the vegetables for 20 minutes or until softened.
Meanwhile, stir together the cream cheese and mayo with the garlic powder, remaining salt, and pepper.
In a large bowl mix the steak, vegetables, and sauce.,
Transfer back to the casserole dish. Top with the cheddar cheese.
Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
