Instructions
Preheat the smoker to 225.
Rub oxtail with oil.
Combine seasonings in a small bowl. Sprinkle the oxtail with dry rub.
Smoke oxtail for 2 hours.
Add oxtail to aluminum pan. Pour braising liquid over the oxtail. Cover with foil
Braise for 5 hours at 275℉. You can do this on the smoker or in the oven.
Braising Liquid
Saute onion and garlic in onion until translucent. Add wine and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
