Instructions
Preheat a cast iron skillet over high heat.
Season the bison ribeye with salt and pepper.
Add oil and butter to a hot skillet, then add the ribeye. Cook for 1 minute on each side.
Remove ribeye from the skillet and allow it to rest for five minutes before serving. The final internal temperature should be 130°F for medium rare. Enjoy.
