Instructions
Preheat smoker to 250.
Combine the apples and the next 5 ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Pour the apples into the pie crust.
Combine the topping ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is crumbly. Dump on top of the apples and spread evenly.
Place the pie into the smoker. Smoke the apple pie for 2.5 hours.
Preheat the oven to 450. Bake the pie for 5 minutes on the bottom rack to brown the bottom crust and the topping.
