Instructions
Rub the leg of lamb with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Preheat smoker to 250.
Place the lamb directly on the smoker grate.
Smoke lamb for approximately two hours or until it reaches your desired doneness. 135°F for medium-rare.
