Roll out pizza dough onto a floured surface. Make it into a size that will fit your pizza stone or grill. One pound of dough will make approximately two 12 inch pizzas.
Preheat your grill to 500°F with the pizza stone already on the grill. Allow the grill to preheat for at least 30 minutes.
Put your topping ingredients onto the dough pies.
Place the pizzas onto the pizza stone and cook until the crust is browned and crispy. Approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
Carefully remove hot pizza from stone. Slice and serve.
