Instructions
Soften the butter and place in a small mixing bowl.
Mince the garlic cloves and add to the mixing bowl.
Add the dried rosemary and mix with a spatula.
Once it is thoroughly combined, drop mixture onto waxed paper.
Roll up paper to form a log and place in the refrigerator to harden.
Pull out when ready to use. Cut slices and add to any dish that you are looking to kick up the flavor.
