Brush carrots with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast for 20 minutes or until fork tender.
Meanwhile, mix together the brown sugar and honey. Microwave for 20 seconds, watching carefully, to melt the brown sugar. It can boil over in a short period of time so keep an eye on it.
When the carrots are tender brush them with the glaze. Return to the oven for 5 minutes. Place on a serving platter and drizzle with the remaining glaze.
