Instructions
Preheat the smoker to 250.
If the smoked meat was refrigerated warm it up in the microwave first.
Spread chips on a large tray that will fit on your smoker.
Top with meat and then cheese.
Smoke for 30 minutes or until hot and the cheese has melted.
Top with remaining toppings. Serve immediately.
