Instructions
Place wings on preheated smoker and smoke at 160°-180°F for about 75 minutes.
Increase heat on the smoker up to 400°F or preheat a gas grill or charcoal grill.
Cook wings over high heat for crispy skin. Cook for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Coat wings with dry seasoning or sauce. Serve.
