Instructions
Preheat smoker to 250.
Combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, cream, eggs, and pumpkin spice until well mixed.
Pour the filling into the crust.
Smoke the pie for 1 hour 15 minutes or until the filling is set.
Preheat the oven to 450. Bake the pie on the bottom rack for 5 minutes to brown the crust.
