Soak bamboo or wooden skewers. You will need one for each slice of bacon you plan to cook.
Preheat grill, oven, or smoker to medium heat.
Wrap a slice of bacon around each skewer so that it is one slice thick on the wrap.
Place on the grill but not above direct heat to avoid a grease flare-up or fire.
Cook for two minutes, then roll to the other side for an additional two minutes. Feel free to cook a little longer or less time depending on how crispy you like your bacon.
Remove from grill and set on paper towel to absorb any extra hot bacon grease. Sprinkle with a dry rub or seasoning, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
