Grilled Peach and Mascarpone Ice Cream

  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 egg yolks ***


  1. Grill the peaches over medium heat until they are softened. Cool and chop.
  2. Combine all the ingredients except the grilled peaches in a blender and blend until smooth. Churn in an ice cream maker according to your manufacturer's instructions. Stir in the cooled grilled peaches. Freeze in a separate container.
