Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350.
Brown the beef in a skillet. Drain well and stir in taco seasoning.
Add to a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Top with black beans.
Stir together all the remaining ingredients until smooth.
Spread on top of the beef.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with sour cream and salsa.
