Instructions
Heat the oven to 350°F.
Add the butter and onion to a 9x13 casserole dish. Cook for about 15 minutes in the oven, until softened.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine the milk, soup, sour cream, cheese, and seasonings.
Fold in the rice, broccoli, and softened onion.
Transfer back to the casserole dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
