Instructions
Add smoked strawberries, water, and sugar to a medium size stock pot.
Cook over low to medium heat for about 40 minutes, stirring frequently.
The strawberries are done when they are broken down into a thick glaze.
Remove from heat and pour into a mason jar or other sealable glass container.
Once the jam has cooled, then cover the jar with a lid and store it in the refrigerator until you are ready to use the smoked jam. Enjoy.
