How to Smoke a Pumpkin Pie

Smoked Pumpkin Pie is the perfect holiday treat. It's an easy and flavorful dessert that you can pile high the whipped cream.

The flaky crust paired with the creamy pumpkin pie filling will have you wanting a second piece. Thanksgiving couldn't end any better.

How to Make a Smoked Pumpkin Pie

Make the Filling

Combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, cream, eggs, and pumpkin spice until well mixed. Pour the filling into the crust.

Smoke the Pie

Smoke the pie for 1 hour 15 minutes or until the filling is set.

Brown the Crust

Optional but recommended. Preheat the oven to 450. Bake the pie on the bottom rack for 5 minutes to brown the crust.

Cool & Serve

Whipped cream is the most common topping for pumpkin pie, but you can add more! A scoop of ice cream, some cinnamon sugar, or even a little bit of white chocolate drizzled on top are amazing.
